All requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the issue must be directly relevant to the merchandise. This includes instances such as incorrect sizing, damaged goods upon delivery, or any other abnormalities in the product that were not evident at the time of purchase. Our policy does not extend to general dissatisfaction or change of mind.
To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer support team at vbintlcarnival@gmail.com outlining the issue and providing proof of purchase. Our dedicated team will review your request and advise you on the next steps to proceed with the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the restocking fee which is 10%.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will promptly assess the issue and process your refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days from the date we receive your returned item. We appreciate your patience during this time, as we must ensure a thorough examination to determine the appropriate refund amount.
